The Nike Air Force 1 Low Experimental Halloween features a vacuum foam upper with a glow-in-the-dark finish, featuring scary black eye designs, just like on the Dunk Low Halloween (2021). The sole also has a glow in the dark effect, making the pair even more ghostly.
