RETURN POLICY
All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a refund to be processed:
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received.
- Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. (discount code included)
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, and item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of an approved request. Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may sent back to you.

RETURNS
How to return
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.
We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you're unable to do this, please find a suitable alternative. Make sure any designer boxes or cases that came with your order are also protected within your returns packaging. If you return your item without protecting the designer boxes or cases that came with your order, you may not receive your refund.
Booking your return is free and easy. Here's what you need to do:
1. Send us an email to tripleup.store@gmail.com
2. Send us the order number you want to return and your reason for returning.
3. We will send you the instructions to follow.
4. Place each item you're returning with any designer boxes or cases that came with your order inside the The Limited Club packaging.
5. Prepare your package by attaching your Return Label and Return Note to the outside of your The Limited Club packaging. Make sure the Return Label is visible as this will need to be scanned by the courier.
We recommend you ask the courier to scan your package when they collect your return. This will make sure your return is tracked.
REFUNDS
Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our consignment marketplace, we are not able to offer exchanges. Since every item may have a different seller and level of availability, even identical items may vary in price.
If you purchased an incorrect size, once received, you are welcome to submit a return request for a refund back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the returns process may take up to 14 business days before a refund is reflected back to your account.
SHIPPING POLICY
For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 3 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders delivered to France will be shipped via Colissimo, and orders delivered internationally will be shipped via DHL..
Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
DELIVERY TIME
We deliver in France and everywhere in the world (except Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, St Pierre & Miquelon and Russia) via DHL Express. Packages are delivered to your home against signature. Our order processing times are 7 to 10 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Each product ordered on TripleUp is sourced individually from our network of partner retailers according to the orders placed.
Your order includes several products, so:
If your delivery address is in the European Union (excluding French overseas departments and territories): your products will be sent to you individually according to the date they are received in our offices so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union (excluding French overseas departments and territories): your products will be sent to you together in a single parcel so that you do not have to pay any customs duties several times.
After ordering on our site, an e-mail containing your order number is sent to you. If the product you have ordered is not in stock in Paris, we will search for it among our network of European partner retailers. Once the product is found, it is transported to our premises, received, authenticated and checked by our team. Once it has passed our authentication process, it is put back into its original packaging, packed in our packaging and shipped. You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.
After receiving this email, the delivery will be made within 2 working days. If you are not at home on the day, DHL Express will offer to reschedule a delivery, to hand over your parcel to a trusted neighbour or to a nearby relay point.
